一、概述 
    本儀器既可測(cè)量高電阻，又可測(cè)微電流。采用了美國(guó)In公司的大規(guī)模集成電路,使儀器體積小、重量輕、準(zhǔn)確度高。以雙3.1/2 位數(shù)字直接顯示電阻的高阻計(jì)和電流。量限從1×104Ω ～1×1018 Ω，是目前國(guó)內(nèi)測(cè)量范圍zui寬，準(zhǔn)確度zui高的數(shù)字超高阻測(cè)量?jī)x。電流測(cè)量范圍為2×10-4 ～1×10-16Ａ。機(jī)內(nèi)測(cè)試電壓為10/50/100/250/500/1000V任意可調(diào)。本儀器具有精度高、顯示迅速、性好穩(wěn)定、讀數(shù)方便， 適用于防靜電產(chǎn)品如防靜電鞋、防靜電塑料橡膠制品、計(jì)算機(jī)房防靜電活動(dòng)地板等電阻值的檢驗(yàn)以及絕緣材料和電子電器產(chǎn)品的絕緣電阻測(cè)量。本儀器除能測(cè)電阻外，還能直接測(cè)量微弱電流。

四、工作原理 
    根據(jù)歐姆定律，被測(cè)電阻Rx等于施加電壓V除以通過的電流I。傳統(tǒng)的高阻計(jì)的工作原理是測(cè)量電壓V固定，通過測(cè)量流過取樣電阻的電流I來得到電阻值。從歐姆定律可以看出，由于電流I是與電阻成反比，而不是成正比，所以電阻的顯示值是非線性的，即電阻無窮大時(shí)，電流為零，即表頭的零位處是∞，其附近的刻度非常密，分辨率很低。整個(gè)刻度是非線性的。又由于測(cè)量不同的電阻時(shí)，其電壓V也會(huì)有些變化，所以普通的高阻計(jì)是精度差、分辨率低。 
    本儀器是同時(shí)測(cè)出電阻兩端的電壓V和流過電阻的電流I，通過內(nèi)部的大規(guī)模集成電路完成電壓除以電流的計(jì)算，然后把所得到的結(jié)果經(jīng)過A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后以數(shù)字顯示出電阻值，即便是電阻兩端的電壓V和流過電阻的電流I是同時(shí)變化，其顯示的電阻值不象普通高阻計(jì)那樣因被測(cè)電壓V的變化或電流Ｉ的變化而變，所以，即使測(cè)量電壓、被測(cè)量電阻、電源電壓等發(fā)生變化對(duì)其結(jié)果影響不大，其測(cè)量精度很高()，從理論上講其誤差可以做到零，而實(shí)際誤差可以做到千分之幾或萬分之幾。

六  使用方法 
6.1接好電源線 
確保電源為220VAC/50Hz 
6.2接通電源 
   將電流電阻量程置于 104 檔,電壓量程置于10V，然后開機(jī)。
6.3調(diào)零 
在“Rx"兩端開路的情況下,調(diào)零使電流表的顯示為0000 .注意：在“Rx"兩端不開路，如接在電阻箱或被測(cè)量物體上時(shí)調(diào)零后測(cè)量會(huì)產(chǎn)生很大的誤差。一般一次調(diào)零后在測(cè)試過程中不需再調(diào)零。 完畢后關(guān)機(jī)。
6.4連接線路 
    接好測(cè)試線，將測(cè)試線將主機(jī)與屏蔽箱連接好，測(cè)體積電阻時(shí)測(cè)試按鈕撥到Rv邊，測(cè)表面電阻時(shí)測(cè)試按鈕撥到Rs邊。然后開機(jī)。
6.5選擇合適的測(cè)量電壓 
★電壓選擇開關(guān)在后面板，注意，在測(cè)試過程中不要隨意改動(dòng)測(cè)量電壓，可能因電壓的過高或電流過大損壞被測(cè)試器件或測(cè)試儀器; 
6.6測(cè)試 
測(cè)量時(shí)從低檔位逐漸拔往高檔，每撥一次稍停留1～2秒以使觀察顯示數(shù)字， 當(dāng)被測(cè)電阻大于儀器測(cè)量量程時(shí)，電阻表顯示“1"，此時(shí)應(yīng)繼續(xù)將儀器撥到量程更高的位置，當(dāng)測(cè)量?jī)x器有顯示值時(shí)應(yīng)停下，當(dāng)前的數(shù)字乘以檔次即是被測(cè)電阻值。當(dāng)有顯示數(shù)字時(shí)不要再往更高次檔撥，否測(cè)儀器會(huì)過量程，機(jī)內(nèi)保護(hù)電路開始工作，儀器測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確度會(huì)下降。 
6.7 測(cè)試完畢將電阻電流量程拔至“104 "檔，電壓量程調(diào)至10V后關(guān)閉電源
★每測(cè)量一次均應(yīng)將量程開關(guān)撥回到104“調(diào)零"檔的量程位置以免開機(jī)或測(cè)量端短路時(shí)而損壞儀器。
6.8 測(cè)量電流及1015Ω以上超高電阻的測(cè)量應(yīng)用測(cè)量電流后用歐姆定律以電壓除以電流計(jì)算電阻的方法，詳見8.5節(jié)內(nèi)容。
6.9 體積電阻和表面電阻轉(zhuǎn)換
★在測(cè)試過程中，使用屏蔽箱在進(jìn)行體積電阻和表面電阻轉(zhuǎn)換時(shí)，必須把電源關(guān)閉后進(jìn)行檔位轉(zhuǎn)換，否則會(huì)導(dǎo)致電壓沖擊到主機(jī)無法顯示或損壞。

一、安裝調(diào)試：協(xié)助試驗(yàn)機(jī)的安裝，負(fù)責(zé)試驗(yàn)機(jī)的運(yùn)輸、調(diào)試。
