    滿足GB1408.1-2006《絕緣材料電氣強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)方法 第1部分；工頻下試驗(yàn)》、GB/T1695-2005《硫化橡膠工頻擊穿電壓強(qiáng)度和耐電壓的測定方法》、GB/T 3333-1999《電纜紙工頻擊穿電壓試驗(yàn)方法》、GB/T 12656-1990《電容器紙工頻擊穿電壓測定法》、GB/T1981及ASTM D149標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求設(shè)計(jì)制造。

1、本儀器在試驗(yàn)過程中可對升壓擊穿過程繪制實(shí)時(shí)曲線，每次試驗(yàn)的升壓曲線都由不同顏色構(gòu)成，試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后可疊加對比材料的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)重復(fù)性。
2、可以隨時(shí)調(diào)取當(dāng)前及歷史試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行查看，編輯及修改參數(shù)。
3、試驗(yàn)過程中可以隨時(shí)修改試驗(yàn)條件及存儲路徑及自動(dòng)存儲試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

七、注意事項(xiàng)：
1、儀器安裝時(shí)應(yīng)具有獨(dú)立的接地線。
2、在開機(jī)前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3、儀器不能在有強(qiáng)烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4、試驗(yàn)環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對濕度60％到70％之間
5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正常現(xiàn)象。
6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時(shí)必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進(jìn)行放電，放電時(shí)間5秒以上。
7、每次進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)前，必須檢查儀器接地。
