工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸姸群湍碗妷簳r間的測試。
四   軟件程序控制功能：
1．該設(shè)備試驗過程中可動態(tài)繪制出試驗曲線，試驗的曲線可以多種顏色疊加對比，局部放大，曲線上任意一段可進行區(qū)域放大分析。
2．可對試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行編輯修改，靈活適用；
3．試驗條件及測試結(jié)果等數(shù)據(jù)可自動存儲；
4．試驗報告格式靈活可變，適用于不同用戶的不同要求。
5．可對一組試驗中曲線數(shù)據(jù)的有效與否進行人為選定。
6．試驗結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)可導(dǎo)入EXECL。
7． 軟件設(shè)備人員管理功能，在試驗人員可設(shè)置自己的試驗項目和試驗參數(shù)，設(shè)置自己的試驗內(nèi)容后別人無法進入等功能。
五、高壓擊穿設(shè)備安全說明：
◇  試驗在試驗箱中進行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側(cè)無電壓。100KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱
壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。
◇  設(shè)備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。
◇  該試驗設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。
◇  直流試驗放電報警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗時,當(dāng)開啟試驗門時設(shè)備會自動報警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接
拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害)。
◇  試驗放電裝置，隨主機為一體化，改進了以往單獨配備一根放電桿的功能。

注意事項：
本儀器為高壓試驗設(shè)備，使用時必須注意以下幾點
1，    儀器安裝時應(yīng)具有獨立的接地線。
2，    在開機前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3，    儀器不能在有強烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4，    試驗環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對濕度60％到70％之間
5，    試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正常現(xiàn)象。
6，    每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進行放電，放電時間5秒以上。
7，    每次進行試驗前，必須檢查儀器接地。

設(shè)備調(diào)試培訓(xùn)方案
為保證所購設(shè)備正常運行，用戶能夠熟練使用，我公司負責(zé)免費為用戶調(diào)試安裝，培訓(xùn)技術(shù)人員。
安裝調(diào)試：
1.儀器到貨后，用戶方應(yīng)對所到貨物的外包裝進行檢查。若發(fā)現(xiàn)損壞及損壞到何程度，應(yīng)立即以或書面形式通知我公司。用戶須在我公司派安裝工程師去現(xiàn)場的情況下方可開箱，
否則任何物品的損壞或缺少配件將由用戶方負責(zé)。
2.在進行安裝調(diào)試前用戶方應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的準(zhǔn)備工作，并予以提前通知，（具體安裝調(diào)試日期雙方可以協(xié)商而定）。
3.我公司負責(zé)派專人安排該設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試事宜，保證設(shè)備到廠后以zui快的速度進行使用
培訓(xùn)分為：現(xiàn)場培訓(xùn)，指導(dǎo)。
1.現(xiàn)場培訓(xùn)，貨物到達客戶方后，我司會派出相關(guān)技術(shù)人員到達客戶地點，指導(dǎo)客戶現(xiàn)場安裝設(shè)備，并進行調(diào)試，保證客戶能夠正確掌握設(shè)備的使用方法，熟練的進行操作！
指導(dǎo)，若客戶在使用過程中遇到問題，可以及時打進行詢問，我司會有專門客服工程師為您進行解答！如在保修期內(nèi)，設(shè)備自身出現(xiàn)非人為問題，我司先進行指導(dǎo)，如解決不了，
和客戶溝通維修時間進行免費上門維修！及時高效的保證客戶設(shè)備的正常運行！
